In this video, we show clips of Michael moderating a series of live-dial sessions and conferences. Using hand-held dials, participants react second-by-second to a series of messages tailored for the event. Their instantaneous reactions are projected onto large screens for conference attendees to follow. Participants then discuss what language did and didn’t work, and why.
